Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing detailed reports and insights.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective digital strategies that align with their business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative and technical, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
- Oversee the development of digital content, ensuring it is engaging and relevant.
- Prepare and present campaign proposals and performance reports to clients.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising, typically 2-5 years.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO tools.
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
