Position Overview:  

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PR/Partnership Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting the execution of celebrity and influencer campaigns, brand ambassador programs, PR activities, and relationship management. You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth project management, and fostering strong relationships with talent, brand ambassadors, and influencers.


Responsibilities:

  • Support in celebrity/influencer project management, including talent research, organizing project-related documents, scheduling and managing meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign assets and ensure all landing pages, tracking links and coupon codes are up to date.
  • Manage budget of projects assigned, track and submit reimbursements and payments from vendors and talents' teams.
  • Manage logistics of partnership campaigns and gifting orders, ensure timely product orders and deliveries for external partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and PR metrics: update internal performance data and compile campaign recaps.
  • Plan and coordinate creative gifting to editors, VIPs, and influencers for seasonal or special projects.
  • Assist with print and online media outreach to secure product placements in key fashion-related campaigns. Coordinate the planning and distribution of digital assets to PR agency partners.
  • Update and management PR database including VIPs, influencers, editorial targets, media lists, and track editorial and journalist moves across relevant publications.
  • Conduct competitive research and research marketing/entertainment/PR trends for new ideas.
  • Provide general support for brand events and launches, including managing guest lists, facesheets, and monitoring post-event coverage.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in fashion public relations in-house or agency, project coordination, influencer management and marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Strong data analysis skill, experience with UTM tracking and performance reporting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or fashion is preferred.
