Job Description Summary
The manufacturing technician position will be part of the manufacturing team and will be an integral part of the following activities: manufacturing of reagents and solutions, manufacturing of consumable assemblies, kitting and packaging of consumables.
Essential Functions
· Ability to work with and follow written and verbal procedures
· Familiarity with working in a laboratory and practices for working in a laboratory
· Ability to work with pipettes, scales, tweezers, and general lab equipment
· Ability to work with lab automation equipment
· Ability to work with microscopes
· Ability to prioritize and manage tasks and projects
· Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
· Ability to lift 20 lbs.

· Ability to work with an ERP/MRP system
· Ability to process and analyze data

Work Environment
This is an on-site position based in Carlsbad, California
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
Travel
This position requires up to 5% travel.
Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma.
· 2 years relevant industry experience
