Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to join our HR team in Los Angeles. This role will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our workforce while aligning with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Collaborate with HR team to communicate benefits programs effectively to employees.
- Assist employees with benefits inquiries and resolve issues related to enrollment, claims, and eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Analyze and report on benefits utilization and costs, making recommendations for improvements.
- Partner with external vendors to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits management or HR.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software
