This partnership has enabled us to continue the BILSTEIN tradition of excellence. Your responsibilities Contribute to cycle time, safety, ergonomic, and efficiency improvements on production lines. Utilize 3D modeling software, 3D printing, and machining tools to design and implement improvements. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process optimization. Assist in modifying and improving existing manufacturing processes based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring enhanced production performance and safety. Support the development of new tooling and fixtures to improve production line ergonomics and efficiency. Your profile This position does not provide relocation assistance and housing stipend. Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and an interest in 3D printing and machining. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and apply production data to improve processes. Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and process optimization. Knowledge of ergonomic and safety considerations in a production environment is a plus. Hands-on problem-solving approach, with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
