Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension. The ability to read instructions, and perform simple measurements is critical. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent, Vo-Tech Certificate or associate degree in electrical, mechanical or another related curriculum Experience with AMS 2750 pyrometry standard Experience with hardness testing Skills Knowledge of heat-treating practices and procedures Knowledge/use of industrial heavy equipment Familiar with industrial furnaces and components Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve difficult problems effectively and implement long term solutions Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Keen attention to detail Ability to follow detailed instructions We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
