Senior Attorney (Renewable Energy Projects)

We're partnered with a large renewable energy Independent Power Producer who are seeking a Senior Attorney (4-9 years) in Miami with deep renewable energy experience. Specifically, my client is looking for two or more of the following skillsets relating to renewable energy projects :

• Project finance
• Offtake agreements (PPAs, RECs, BTAs etc.)
• EPC agreements
• O&M agreements
• Interconnection agreements
• Project development docs
• Transmission agreements

This is an on-site position in Miami, FL.

Salary is up to $250,000 + 25-30% bonus + equity.
