Full-time, Part-timeDana Point, CAJob Description:Works collaboratively with caregivers and clients, and assists with the scheduling and coordination of caregivers and placement with familiesLiaises with clients, staff, and community partnersActs as a problem solver for clients and responds to inquiries from caregiversReports client and staff concerns to Staffing ManagerLiaises with the Care Coordinators regarding client care. Collects and enters all pertinent client and caregiver data into the computer systemProvides list, schedules, and performs other administrative duties to support ongoing recruitment and hiring of new caregiver staffRequirementsMinimum of 2 years working in an office settingAbility to handle a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional customer service (healthcare industry experience an asset)Ability to multitask and prioritizeHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent English written and verbal communication skills (Additional language skills considered an asset)Excellent customer service and organizational skillsProficient in Word, Outlook and ability to learn proprietary softwareMedical terminology knowledge an asset but not required
