Who They Are

Our client is an employee-owned company that has been in the building materials industry for nearly 60 years! They are looking for a Regional Vice President to take over the markets in WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, NV, CA, AZ, NM, AK, and HI (TX for now but will be moved to another region).

What You'll Do

• Drive needed growth in sales
• Challenge the leadership team, sales team, and customers
• Manage markets in the region

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of related industry sales experience
• 10+ years of brand experience focused on end users
• Building materials and contractor experience
• Proven experience as a Regional or Director level sales leader
• Have a deep, working knowledge of CRM toolsets
