The Department of Radiation Oncology at the KSOM of USC is recruiting a board-certified Medical Physicist possessing a Ph.D. for an Associate or Full Professor faculty position. We seek candidates with:

  1. Expertise in machine calibration and equipment quality assurance (accelerators, CT simulators, and HDR units).
  2. Experience in special procedures (SRS, TBI, TSET, eye plaque treatment, IGRT, SBRT, HDR brachytherapy, and treatment planning).
  3. Excellent communication skills and engagement in clinical research and development initiatives.

The applicant will provide didactic teaching and training for medical residents and staff. The Department of Radiation Oncology consists of 8 Medical Physicists who provide service in various USC hospitals and community-based clinics.
