Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst I to support executive management with data-driven insights and contribute to the development of advanced analytics models. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of 7-Eleven Hawaii business operations through departmental interaction and comprehensive data analysis.
- Assist in the collection, consolidation, analysis, cleaning, and classification of data.
- Collaborate with the Planning Department to create detailed reports, data visualizations, and dashboards that inform business strategies.
- Work with team members across various business units to identify needs, develop analyses, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and update existing reports with precision and timeliness, including data extraction and integration from multiple sources.
- Support the integration of modern technology and the improvement of existing business processes.
- Provide end-user training, technical demonstrations, and presentations to stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of financial terms and principles.
- Advanced Excel skills and adaptability to new software.
- Proficiency in designing and developing Power BI reports.
