Responsibilities/Duties:
• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Supervisor.
• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Data Entry, Refill, Customer Service and Narcotics Departments.
• Organize workflow and ensure that your employees understand their duties or delegated tasks and proper cut-off times and deadlines.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Communicate with the Data Entry Supervisor any staffing needs or issues.
• Investigate and resolve all problems and issues related to orders.
• Ensure that specialized queues are being maintained (i.e. Pending, back up)
• Provide on-job-training for new hires when necessary.
• Continue to educate by attending department in-services and by keeping up with local, state, federal and company law and regulations changes.
• Clean and help maintain equipment and work areas according to prescribed methods.
• Complete daily task (OTC Report, Duplicate report etc.).
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
- High School Diploma.
- One to three years' Long-Term Care Pharmacy experience
- Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
- Driven and motivated problem-solver
- Computer literate
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to give direction
- Able to work overtime with little or no notice
