Job Summary
Mohr Partners, Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to join our Project Management and Development Services team. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment in Corporate Real Estate. The right individual for this position is versed in design and construction management and has experience leading and managing multiple consultants and projects on the client’s behalf.
This position will require travel anywhere from 20%-50% of the time, depending on client requirements.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 7-10 years of real estate/project management experience.
- Experience in Real Estate project management, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Experience in portfolio account work managing multiple projects across the country.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Certificates and/or Licenses
- LEED certified is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- This position will require going onsite to perform inspections, including the physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs and negotiate work areas under construction.
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- This position includes work of a general office nature, typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
- Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type.
- Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
- Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing.
