You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for CLIF Bar & the bars category for the customer.
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

More About This Role
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
Job specific requirements:
- 7+ yrs of progressive experience in CPG sales and business development, including in a people manager/leadership role.
- Understanding of product commercialization processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer specific data i.e. Syndicated, Retail Link/Luminate and Consumer Research to drive business results.
- Self-starter with high learning agility and the ability to successfully work through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and tactical execution experience.
- Customer focus and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer trade negotiations.
- Understanding and driving action through the use of a customer P&L.
Travel requirements: Minimal travel required (5%).
Work schedule: This is a full-time position where you will work from our Rogers, AR office 3 days per week and the other 2 days remote.
Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
