Akkodis is seeking a Fen-X Product Consultant for a Contract job with a client in Stillwater, MN . You will lead the implementation and configuration of the Fen-X platform, focusing on customer lifecycle management and onboarding processes.
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Fen-X Product Consultant job responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation, configuration, and integration of the Fen-X platform, ensuring effective customer lifecycle management and onboarding processes.
- Configuring journeys, phases, and tasks within the Fen-X platform to enhance customer risk scoring and compliance with KYC requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, optimize processes, and ensure successful product adoption.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC, and Customer Risk Scoring.
- At least 1-3 years of product implementation experience with the Fen-X platform.
- Familiarity with AML, Regulatory Reporting, and Sanctions Screening is preferred.
- Strong experience in the implementation, configuration, and integration of customer management systems.
Pay Details: $54.00 to $57.00 per hour
