Job Description :
Purpose :
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training to equip employees with necessary skills.
- Deliver training reflecting adult learning principles.
- Improve training content based on business trends and evaluations.
- Develop and maintain training materials.
- Coordinate training schedules.
- Guide and mentor less experienced staff; may lead a team of matrixed resources.
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 extra years of relevant experience.
- 2 years delivering training or adult learning modules.
- Knowledge of adult learning methods and LMS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and video editing.
- Strong research, analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Positive customer service.
- Mostly seated, occasional walking/standing.
- Frequent use of hands for typing.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
