Investment Management Team Property Accountant
We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Accountant to join our Investment Management Team in Boston, MA. This is a newly created position offering competitive compensation dependent on experience, with a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, plus a targeted bonus. Initially, the role requires 100% in-office presence for the first 90 days to facilitate onboarding and acclimation. However, there is flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote thereafter, with potential for adjustment based on interview performance.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, along with a minimum of 4 years of accounting-related property accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Yardi is required.
