Job Description

Reporting to Director of Enterprise Identity & Access, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Office 365 and related technologies. You will work within a global team of engineers utilizing Agile work delivery practices.

You will have extensive hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and its various applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, and PowerBI. You will have a strong understanding of PowerShell scripting and Microsoft certifications are highly desirable. This role can be mostly remote and may also involve occasional regional travel, no more than 10%.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and support Office 365 and related technologies.
  • Manage and monitor Office 365 services and features.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, flows and apps for automation and administration.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and drive improvements in the Office 365 environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users.
  • Stay current with Microsoft’s changes, transitions, and updates to Office 365.

Qualifications

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Office 365 environment. You will possess a high level of technical expertise as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to navigate a complex organization and work with various teams is essential. We look forward to your application.
