Role Descriptions  

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate / Vice President to join our team. This role will focus on asset management and provide critical support to the ongoing surveillance and valuation of our diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess sharp analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional demeanor to thrive in our dynamic and fast-paced investment environment. 


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee general asset management tasks, including funding confirmations, processing monthly settlements, valuations, and comprehensive asset-level reporting. 
  • Collaborate with deal teams to support investment management and performance tracking. 
  • Develop and run complex discounted cash flow models for valuation and reporting purposes. 
  • Analyze asset-level trends to provide actionable insights for portfolio management. 
  • Run borrowing base scenarios and waterfall calculations.  
  • Perform financial modeling to assess the impact of leverage on investment performance. 
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal documents, ensuring the firm secures best-in-class terms for financing agreements. 
  • Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in structured finance, providing fresh ideas to enhance firm-wide strategies. 
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, tackling complex financial scenarios with creative, effective solutions. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or international equivalent). 
  • 5-7+ years of finance or accounting experience, with a strong preference for structured finance and securitization experience. 
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of structured investments. 
  • Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Go-getter attitude
