Corporate Services / Employee Incentive Share Trading Manager

Overview:

Join a dynamic team at a leading US app-based broker-dealer, building and managing the development and expansion of a Corporate Services/Employee Stock Plan trading product. This role involves internal collaboration with key departments, such as trading, operations, risk, technology development and compliance, and external coordination with third-party Equity Administration platforms with regards to trading of employee global incentive shares. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building, implementing, and scaling the employee equity trading business on our broker-dealer app while ensuring a seamless workflow across various functions. While there will be connectivity with the CFO office the primary responsibilities of this job is not Equity Plan Administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (trading, operations, risk, compliance, etc.) to develop and implement an Employee Incentive Share Trading product.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and third-party platforms to support product development and growth.
  • Identify and address deficiencies in workflows and processes during the product build phase.
  • Engage with international regional apps and developers to design and implement the product across multiple time zones.
  • Leverage in-depth product knowledge throughout the development, implementation, and execution phases.
  • Continuously monitor and grow the product post-launch.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Services / Employee Share Trading at a broker-dealer
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Employee Stock Plan industry, including regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work effectively within a growing team.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to cross-collaborate and drive results.
