Your Impact

As Director of Revenue Technology Operations on the Go to Market (GTM) Technology team, you’ll be driving our global strategy and execution for the business side of our Revenue Intelligence/CRM platform, tying GTM strategy and process to technology optimization. You’ll have direct platform purview for GTM systems and will work closely with peers and developers across teams who manage platforms that integrate with, and business processes that are enabled on our CRM, to help shape a unified technology vision and roadmap across GTM initiatives.

Your focus will be on business process automation, tech optimization, rationalization, and ROI (return on investment). You’ll lead a team of solution owners and have direct responsibility for revenue-facing solutions in play at Anaplan. You’ll have an intimate relationship with Sales and Sales Ops leadership in understanding process pain points and opportunities and will solution with automation and AI in mind. You’ll lead Anaplan’s GTM Tech Council to crystalize committed project priorities. You’ll also have a seat on transformation initiatives to represent your stack, and actively develop solution contributions. You’ll also develop key partnerships with Demand Gen Tech Ops, IT, Security, and Procurement teams.

  • Multi-million-dollar technology portfolio to own, refine and manage
  • User audience of high-performing sellers, leaders, and pursuit teams equaling half of the Anaplan employee population
  • Opportunity to contribute to internal Anaplan Customer Zero usage for Connected Planning and Decision Excellence activation

Your Qualifications

  • 7-10 years in business-side ownership of Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud platform; system admin certifications
  • Historical partnership with Sales, Sales Ops, IT functions, GTM Teams, and leadership; strong influence through always-on collaboration and effective communication
  • Ownership of systems where work product is managed, ideally JIRA, Slack, SharePoint, Confluence
  • Direct team leadership and clear understanding of org optimization, capacity planning toward demands
  • Expertise of GTM Tech landscape, solutions across GTM motions, tech integrations, and data foundations, leading business case scoping, to implementations, to adoption, and utilization maturity curves
  • Ideally, direct product experience with other systems in Anaplan’s GTM Tech & Enterprise portfolios: People.ai, Databook, Gainsight, Medallia, Workday

  • Proven ability to synthesize new practices and processes, translating user stories into business requirements and resulting implementations, surfacing insights toward strategic goals, influencing employee-centric experience
  • Dynamic leader who can create a vision, but also be agile in reacting to new demands; ability to guide direct and core teams in a similar fashion
  • Core/extended team leadership exemplifying delivering on strategic cross-functional outcomes, successful deployments, and solution utilization
  • Motivational leader who encourages innovation, creative solutioning, and skill development
  • Clear command of CRM and Data foundations
  • Strong communications, and cross-functional influence, including executive briefings

Base Salary Range:

$181,000 — $200,000 USD
