Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney needed in our client's Miami office.
Responsibilities:
Attorneys should have at least 5 years of experience in corporate transactions, including JV transactions, equity investments, M&A transactions, corporate governance, LLC, and partnership issues. Law firm experience and Florida Bar required.
Candidates who are relocating will be expected to become admitted to Florida within a reasonable time frame.
