Responsibilities & Qualifications:

The Global HR Process Excellence team, located in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics! The purpose of this position is to provide decision-making support to HR by providing advanced data analyses and consulting to HR: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development, and to drive business value by leveraging the unknown value of people behavior data for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption of solutions.
  • Identify business trends and problems through complex data analysis.
  • Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling to manipulate complex data from a variety of sources to impact business partner decision-making.
  • Develop, analyze, and model workforce, operational, economic, management, financial, and other organizational data to quantify performance of business segments and evaluate potential operational changes.
  • Use and analyze existing data science solutions to perform tasks in a reproducible, repeatable manner.
  • Automate the collection and analysis of large datasets to improve every phase of the HR pipeline, from recruitment and compensation to promotion, training, and evaluation, creating business value.
  • Collaborate with members of People Analytics and HRIS teams to deliver complete analytics solutions to business partners.
  • Maintain expertise in the People Analytics field by engaging in opportunities for professional development and mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s plus 3-5 years of related experience, or a combination of equivalent education/experience required.
  • Demonstrated success performing analyses in a client-facing role required.
  • Demonstrated success in data mining and modeling, including statistical model development required.
  • Mastery of statistics, mathematical modeling, and analysis, specifically related to People Data.
  • Understanding of exploratory data analysis via code.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and translate into actionable results and visualizations.
  • Ability to turn social measurement into insights and create actionable, data-backed reports. Compile results to inform management while providing recommendations based on research.
  • Ability to work independently and remain engaged with problems and tasks until resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to navigate between cultures.
  • Open to continuous learning.
  • A good team player.
  • Willing to be onsite a minimum of 2 days per week.
  • Relocation is not offered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming skills in R and/or Python.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Knowledge in Organizational Psychology or Organizational behavior.
  • Experience advising leaders based on data and system-level thinking.
