Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and finalize agreements and bids, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Redline and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, customer service, IT, sales, marketing) to evaluate proposed modifications to contracts and assemble necessary contract language and financial inputs.
- Prepare and complete bids and special forms as applicable.
- Engage in projects and additional duties as assigned, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Redlining and Terms and Conditions Negotiations: Expertise in contract negotiation and redlining techniques.
- Contract Experience: Familiarity with crafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts.
- Custom Language Crafting: Ability to navigate and adapt to customer-preferred templates and language.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, English, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of related experience.
- Previous experience in process improvement is a plus.
