Responsibilities & Requirements
The Regional HR Director is responsible for and provides oversight for campus HR operations for all campuses within an assigned region through direct supervision of the Campus HR Managers leading operations including workforce development, workforce planning, career development, recruitment, and employee relations issues.
Champions our people strategies and drives culture initiatives for the workforce within different facilities with differing workplace cultures on multiple campuses. Partners with key stakeholders (including executives, CMOs, department directors, Service line leaders, and System HR leaders) to develop and execute strategic operational plans for managing employee engagement and outcomes.
Maintains overall fiscal responsibility for the HR campus programs within the assigned region and performs duties to support the goals and objectives. Ensures campus HR programs operate in a cost-effective manner.
Represents the region at HR Strategy Council and serves as the HR representative on campus Executive Councils within the assigned region.
The Regional HR Director is an integral part of the overall system HR strategy. Participating in the development of system Strategies from various system HR Service departments and playing a key role in the communication, roll out, and implementation of strategies at all campuses under their direction. Regional directors also provide key feedback and insight as to current campus-level trends, concerns, and outcomes that can lead and/or influence the strategic direction of various HR Service departments.
Provides direct HR support to Executives within the assigned region.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of HR leadership experience. Experience in all HR functions preferred.
