Construction Superintendent Federal

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in Federal Construction. The successful candidate will be onsite to ensure projects are on-time, on-budget and safely completed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing all activities on construction projects with new building construction and demolition activities
2. Controlling budgets and scheduling of construction activities during pre-construction meetings
3. Verifying construction work is completed per the plans and construction specifications
4. Enforcing construction site rules and safety
5. Preparing and managing a construction schedule

Requirements:

1. Federal Construction experience
2. 5+ years of Construction leadership experience (PM, Superintendent, etc)
3. Experience leading Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects
4. Must have valid driver's license
