We are looking for a Senior Administrative Analyst with French.
What this job involves:
- Processing of invoices (process from start to finish) on a local software (AREA) for a French real estate valuation team.
- Engage in frequent communication with stakeholders to maintain high standards of invoicing accuracy.
- Manage the creation of credit notes and new invoices as required.
- Draft client contracts adhering to approved templates.
- Be in contact with the local team of valuers to follow up the progression of valuation missions from beginning to end.
- Maintaining your individual database with all the details relevant to the follow-up and invoicing of those missions.
- Communication with external clients in France and in Europe about delivery of important documents (contracts, valuation reports, invoice payment inquiry and so on).
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking.
Desired skills and experience for this job:
- Good communication skills French is required (B2+)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Proven experience in a similar job, with a focus on the assistant responsibilities
- Prior knowledge of the real estate market is not necessary but is a plus.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work at a fast pace, large team with energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to take initiative.
