Job Summary

You will act as a thought partner and integrator, working hands-on with local Partners to design, implement, integrate and optimize Canopy’s field services software (Aspire). You will help reshape how the Tree Care industry thinks about production and customer experience while advancing Canopy’s vision, mission and culture. This will all be done through creating a culture of execution, prioritization, and data driven excellence.

While you see the forest through the trees you are excited about diving into the weeds and getting your hands dirty.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Canopy leadership and Aspire consultants to design, implement and roll-out a system that meets established deliverables.
  • Lead the implementation of Aspire at all Partner Companies and ensure adoption and understanding of the system.
  • Develop a strong understanding of and tailor Aspire usage to enhance operations.
  • Document SOPs by position to create consistency of usage across partners.
  • Own relationship with Aspire customer success representatives and keep internal stakeholders in the loop on key changes and updates to the software.
  • Create training videos and programs to support implementation and adoption.
  • Optimize data collection and work with each function to ensure key metrics are captured.
  • Build out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting capabilities.
  • Work together with finance, accounting, employee services and marketing to ensure Aspire communicates with other core Canopy systems.
  • Compile feedback and champion development projects to streamline Canopy’s processes.
  • Support regional leadership to fully execute SOPs.
  • Conduct regular software audits of data and recommend operational improvements.
  • Create a data-driven culture of operational excellence.
  • Simplify, simplify, simplify every process so it is scalable and repeatable.

Qualifications:

  • Job location: Chicago.
  • Travel: As needed during training and implementation phase.
  • 4+ years of Aspire or similar CRM systems integration and design experience.
  • 2+ years of service industry (labor) experience, preferably green industry or home services.
  • Prior experience with leading the implementation, adoption and training of a system with multiple operating entities.
  • Track record of excellence supported by measurable objectives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Ability to lead and influence others within an organization.
  • Strong strategic capabilities as well as hands-on tactical ability.
  • Scrappy and/or entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
