Business Analyst, TR Americas & LATAM

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing the management and internal teams with business reporting grounded in data that will inform decision making and strategy setting. Reports relate, but are not exclusive, to our brands’ sales performance, market context, competitors, distribution, and pricing.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Obtain, manage, and structure data from the company systems, internal and external sources.
• Maintain and build dashboards that allow in-depth analysis of business performance and facilitate data communication throughout the organization.
• Produce sales business summaries derived from SI/SO dashboards.
• Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Marketing & E-Com for Latin America Region and the Marketing Director for Travel Retail Americas, this role supports strategic business planning and budgeting processes, preparing data for in-depth analyses.
• Collaborate with other functions (Sales, Marketing, Education, Finance, Operations) to contextualize data.
• Work in conjunction with our regional offices (New York and Singapore) to capitalize on their initiatives and request their assistance on specific projects.
• Populate sales data into visualizations on a monthly basis and support data preparation and visualization for upper-level management.
• Support decision making based on insights generated.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Passion for the fragrance and beauty industry.
• Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical skills.
• Well-experienced in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related degree.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Pro-active, self-starter, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Understanding of the Travel Retail and Latin America domestic markets is a plus.
