As a Child Autism Specialist, you'll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an entry-level role and does not require prior certification; we provide complete training for this position.

- Offer one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods
- Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
- Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care
- Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer and tablet literacy
- Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential
- Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
- Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree
- $20.50 - $26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
