Compensation: Up to $90,000 total compensation annually
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in CA. This crucial role involves maintaining our commitment to high-quality service, overseeing staff development, and ensuring operational excellence and profitability of our American classic breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the consistent implementation and daily execution of established training standards.
- Actively engage in the ongoing training and development of assistant managers and other staff members.
- Strategically plan for the restaurant’s future business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and supervise all day-to-day operations within the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, addressing both compliments and concerns effectively.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to maintain alignment, focus, and a strong team environment.
- Lead monthly safety committee meetings to promote and maintain workplace safety standards.
- Implement strategies to boost the restaurant's Adjusted Net Profit margin.
- Participate in the development and supervision of strategic marketing and operational initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and training to new trainees, nurturing a pipeline of talented restaurant professionals.
