*About Us:* Our shop is thriving with increased insurance D.R.P business, which has created a need for skilled technicians. With five major DRP contracts generating over $1 million in revenue, we currently achieve a total monthly revenue between $1.3 million and $1.5 million dollars. We pride ourselves on our customer and employee-centric culture.
*Key Responsibilities:*

* Assess vehicles post-collision repair to ensure readiness for paint.
* Collaborate with the paint prep team to ensure proper vehicle preparation for painting.
* Mix water-based PPG paint to match vehicle colors seamlessly.
* Work alongside estimators and body technicians for timely repair completion.
* Maintain accurate records of work to ensure proper billing and pay.
* Communicate effectively with all staff to support above-average shop throughput.
* Perform final paint quality control before releasing vehicles for final assembly.

*Experience Required:*

* Previous experience as an automotive refinish/paint technician is essential.
* Strong knowledge of auto body repair.
* Familiarity with PPG water-based paint.
* Excellent communication skills to maintain production efficiency.
* Attention to detail to minimize reapplications.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

*Job Types:* Full-time, Commission
*Salary:* $85,000 - $140,000 per year
