The Sr. Business Analyst role is an integral team member who works with the various customer groups to support architectural activities related to cloud modernization activities. For this role, the candidate will work directly with the customer and team members to help the various customers achieve their objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience is required.
- Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems.
Certifications : Lean Six Sigma
Primary Responsibilities
- Apply, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques.
- Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures.
- Develop and apply organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems.
- Construct sound, logical business improvement opportunities consistent with corporate Information Management guiding principles, cost savings, and open system architecture objectives.
- Facilitate the SMEs in the workshop(s).
- Collect and analyze data to support decision making and process improvements.
- Lead various project methodologies. Lead identified improvement efforts through all stages of the basic Six Sigma process (DMAIC) across various areas of the organization while providing leadership and guidance for the people who are attached to the project (process owners, subject matter experts, technology specialists, etc.).
- Demonstrated educational concentration in business and must be proficient in business/technical modeling.
- Demonstrated experience with the process to conduct/author Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).

- The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually.
