Sales Director Job Description:

In the Retirement Plan Sales Director Role within LeafHouse, you’ll work with our executive leadership and Investment team to help meet the needs of our advisor, wholesaler and plan sponsor prospects and opportunities. You’ll have immediate impact on helping LeafHouse exceed sales goals. You will master sales stories for the products and services offer through LeafHouse and our affiliates.

Roles/Duties:

  • Engage in proactive direct sales to partner advisor, consultants and recordkeepers.
  • Provide excellent product and service representation while engaging financial advisors, wholesalers, and existing clients on LeafHouse products and services.
  • Proactively communicate with prospective and loyal clients regarding investment management, investment scoring and fiduciary services, HSA, and IRA Rollover solutions.
  • Partner with executive leadership and the investment committee on advisor opportunities, institutional proposals, and ongoing services of our top client partnerships.
  • Use industry knowledge to help design solutions and discuss our services and related offerings with advisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or three years of equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of industry-related experience required.
  • Strong preference towards investment knowledge and experience.
  • FINRA licensing required including series 65 within 90 days of employment.
  • Familiarity with the qualified plan market and or external/internal sales experience a must.
  • CFP, QRPC or related retirement designations are a plus.
