Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 7+ years of capacity experience.
• Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
• Direct experience in operations or capacity planning a plus.
• Fluent in SQL
• Experience with Redshift & Quicksight
• Experience with SAP
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.

• Review dashboard requests with engineers and compare against data available in Quick Sight and Redshift.
• Create SQL queries and compile data in Quick Sight and Redshift to support production.
