We are a NO drama boutique personal injury law firm in Newport Beach and we are rapidly growing. Position Overview

We are seeking an Intake Manager to oversee and manage our intake team of 7 to help with the intake process of new personal injury clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and oversee the intake process for personal injury cases
  2. Assist our team of Intake Specialists
  3. Handle high-volume of 100+ sign-ups per month
  4. Screen potential clients for eligibility and follow up with leads
  5. Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained from clients
  6. Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure cases are properly assigned
  7. Maintain accurate records and data entry
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of experience in intake, preferably in personal injury law
  2. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology
  6. Nice to have skills: Managerial experience, bilingual in Spanish, experience in sales or mortgage lending, experience handling inbound live calls (not transfers)
