Kane Partners is searching for a Heat Treatment Engineer for a growing manufacturing company in the heart of Philadelphia to collaborate with our quality, manufacturing, and engineering departments with the shared goal of contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

This Industrial Engineer should have expertise in all areas of Heat Treat including Furnace Designs and Components, Heat Delivery, Electronic Controls, Process Gases, Blowers and Ventilation, Water Cooling, Data Logging, Run Chart Interpretation, Part Fixturing.

Design, implement, and optimize heat treatment processes to meet product specifications and quality standards.

Create electrical schematics and panel drawings while maintaining a focus on industry standards & compliances.

Lead and manage projects related to heat treatment process improvements, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

Proficiency in PLC programming and relay logic and familiarity with and a working understanding of AMS2750, NADCAP, ISO9001, NFPA 86, NEC, Confined Space protocol.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Heat-Treating Facility with a strong background in Troubleshooting, process controls, electrical equipment, PLC programs. This is 5 days a week on site position based in Philadelphia.
