CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME

Bradley Caldwell Inc, is located in the Valmont Industrial Park, Hazleton, PA

We are seeking an entry level customer service representative.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Prioritize the customer experience
• Manage multiple responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism
• Build positive relationships with our customers and sales force
• Be able to problem solve, work independently, and support other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound & Outbound Telephone Calls & Emails • Order Entry
• Customer and Sales Force Assistance

REQUIREMENTS

• Written and verbal communication is required
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Customer Service experience in a call center preferred
• Proficient English language skills required
