Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Cyber Defense within the Cyber Defense organization supporting the Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) group located in Raritan, NJ or can work remotely in the USA.

Position Summary

As a senior manager of Cyber Defense reporting to the Fellow, Cyber Defense, you will have a unique opportunity to help evolve, implement, and operationalize the future of defense at Johnson & Johnson.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Developing, implementing, and operationalizing the future state of the cyber defense organization.
  2. Handling crisis situations on a case by case basis as part of a tiger team.
  3. Collaborating with US Government, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence Community organizations.
  4. Addressing issues and problems that arise in the Cyber Defense organization to orchestrate and resolve.

Qualifications

Required:

  1. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience is required.
  2. A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required.
  3. A minimum of 10 years of cyber threat intelligence, incident response, or cyber defense experience is required.
  4. US Citizenship is required to acquire any necessary security clearance.
  5. Experience leading and managing complex cross-functional programs is required.
  6. Excellent intelligence writing and briefing skills are required.
  7. Significant experience working with sophisticated, detailed, and nuanced challenges.
  8. Experience identifying dependencies, gaps, relevant teams, and pitfalls and developing comprehensive solutions.
  9. Experience quickly developing comprehensive plans and delegating implementation actions.
  10. Experience using influence and persuasion techniques across teams to accomplish change.
  11. Experience operationalizing strategies across a multitude of teams to effect change.
  12. Experience collaborating with US Government, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence Community agencies.
  13. Knowledge of cybersecurity operations, cyber threat intelligence, incident response, detection analytics, and forensics.
