We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager/Controller to lead the finance team and oversee financial operations.

Key Requirements

• Strong construction finance background
• Proficient in Deltek Vantagepoint
• Ability to balance strategic financial management with hands-on operational involvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system implementation and operation
• Manage financial operations (billing, accounts receivable, collections)
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Perform key accounting functions and financial reporting
• Collaborate with project managers and executives on financial matters
• Establish internal controls and ensure compliance
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA certification a plus)
• 7+ years of finance management experience (preferably in construction)
• Proficient in Deltek Vantagepoint
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
