About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to own our full recruitment life-cycle on technical and non-technical roles. This role will report to the Head of Operations.
What You'll Do
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and interviews to onboarding top candidates.
Design and execute creative sourcing techniques to cultivate a robust talent pipeline for diverse positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to assess their staffing requirements and offer strategic advice throughout the recruitment journey.
Utilize data and analytics to refine and enhance recruitment methods and strategies continuously.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Compile and deliver recruitment reports and insights to key stakeholders, including the leadership team.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.
About you
4+ years of experience in recruitment with 1-2 years experience in an early-stage startup environment is required.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive talent and filling a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment.
Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of talent acquisition metrics and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strategic thinker with a passion for innovative recruiting solutions.
A willingness to work 2-3 days a week in our Wicker Park office.
