**Job Description:**
- Work collaboratively with the Case Management staff and bedside staff
- Engage in assessments, discharge planning, and medical necessity reviews
- Familiarity with Case Management processes
- Utilize Meditech and Midas for documentation
- Use equipment such as iMobile, Computer, and Ecapture pad
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and function independently
**Additional Preferences:**
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Ability to adapt easily and work independently
