You could be a great fit if

You are an operations person through and through. You think in terms of systems and processes and love to build for efficiency, accuracy, and scale. You know Lead to Order and Order to Cash workflows inside and out, and are equally excited to whiteboard a system architecture and dive into integration code. You communicate clearly with myriad stakeholders across the business and are excited to collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet your objectives.

The ideal candidate can design processes and data flows that meet the needs of our business today, while also serving as a solid foundation as the department grows. You are commercially minded, but think deeply about the day-to-day activities of our reps and how to reduce friction in the customer journey.

If you’ve had marketing, sales or CS operations experience and have opinions on building seamless processes and strong data structures, we’d love to hear from you!
