Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and creative marketing leader to develop and execute high-impact strategies that expands our presence and drives new and repeat customer growth. This role will lead a high-performing marketing team, manage large-scale campaigns, and collaborate across departments to ensure all marketing efforts align with our company's business objectives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to execute innovative ideas that translate into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement, and sales growth across multiple locations.
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, social media, branding, product launches, customer loyalty programs, public relations, and local store marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Engineering) to align marketing initiatives with company goals and product offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence in execution.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track, measure, and refine marketing efforts, ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis to keep Tiff's Treats at the forefront of innovation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support the execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications :
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing marketing with at least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Industry experience within multi-unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment is a plus, but not required
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading a team to execute detailed projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in utilizing analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
