Hours 5:30am to 1:30pm or 6am to 2pm

We are sourcing on behalf of our client, a leading outpatient treatment provider in the Mid-Atlantic region , for an experienced Mental Health Therapist . Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide other Mental Health Therapists on staff.
• Provide high-quality therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment goals, and track client progress.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare , and CARF standards .
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related clinical field.
• Valid LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C license (Maryland).
• Experience with adults, children, and families is a plus.
• Proficiency with electronic health records .
