Position Overview:

Heirloom Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing efforts across digital, social media, website, and email for four unique restaurant brands. This role will also manage a comprehensive loyalty program that spans all restaurants. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will supervise the day-to-day activities of graphic design and lead communications, ensuring that each brand maintains its distinct identity while delivering consistent messaging across channels.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Social Media:
  • Develop and implement campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across digital platforms.
  • Manage social media content creation, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee SEO, paid media, and analytics to drive online traffic and maximize conversions.
Website & Email Marketing:
  • Maintain and optimize websites to align with brand identities and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Lead email marketing efforts, including campaign planning, segmentation, and reporting on performance metrics.
In-Store Marketing & Experiential Programs:
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives to promote events, seasonal offerings, and special campaigns.
  • Develop and manage experiential programs to deepen customer connections and enhance the guest experience.
Loyalty Program Development:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive loyalty program for all restaurants.
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and smooth execution.
Graphic Design & Brand Communications:
  • Oversee the design team’s workflow to ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand visual content.
  • Lead marketing communications across the four restaurants, balancing brand uniqueness with consistent messaging.
Vendor and Team Management:
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and consultants to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Lead and develop internal team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail sectors.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and email platforms.
  • Experience in loyalty program development and management is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors or consultants.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
