Job Description
  • Administrative Support:
    Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
    Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation, preparing documentation, and conducting background checks. Support offboarding processes for departing employees.
  • Recruitment Assistance:
    Help with recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Employee Inquiries:
    Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating issues as needed.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping:
    Ensure all employee records and documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with legal and company requirements.
  • HR Project Support:
    Provide assistance on various HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance audits.

The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
