Position Overview:

A successful Customer Service Associate at Duluth Trading Company strives to provide exceptional and personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details:

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Duluth brand and products to provide solution-oriented service to customers
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions
• Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Accurately process register transactions

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer-centric with pride in delivering excellent service
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Environmental Factors:

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
• Frequent reaching, bending, and lifting up to twenty pounds
• Ability to work in various temperatures
