Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst to help support a new process for the administration of our incentive compensation plans. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing a new calculation process(es) for administration of our incentive compensation plans.
Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management, HR, and Finance teams to support decision-making.
  • Process Documentation: Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation for incentive compensation administration. Document the end-to-end process, from plan design to payout distribution, including step-by-step procedures, key responsibilities, and timelines. Update these documents as processes evolve or change to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Technology Utilization: Assist with the implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management tool to streamline administration processes and ensure accuracy in calculations.
  • Auditing and Compliance Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation related to compliance with compensation regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. This includes documenting compliance checks, audit trails, and any necessary corrective actions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with operation personnel.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly review and refine incentive compensation administration and calculation processes based on best practices. Document process improvements, track their impact on efficiency and accuracy, and communicate changes to the relevant teams.
  • Exception Handling: Ensure there is a clear and documented process for resolving issues and discrepancies.
  • Data Management: Document data sources, data validation processes, and data retention policies to maintain data integrity.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience
  • Advanced Excel skills in modeling and complex formulas.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and calculation processes. Preferred experience with a Commission Calculation Software (CaptivateIQ, Xactly)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in incentive compensation administration or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex compensation programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
