• Self-motivated with Strong leadership skills to effectively manage assigned dedicated accounts and drivers.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to various software tools.
• Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Familiarity with local transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Dispatching experience in a previous role.

Position Details:

• Monitors on time pickup and delivery of loads associated with assigned Dedicated Account·
• Analyzes data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
• Plans, schedules, and monitors equipment availability and customer loads to meet customer demands.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Full time M-F / 7:00am-5:00pm (Training M-F / 8:00am-5:00pm), In-office position located in Olathe, KS.
• Pay starting at $60,000 annual base plus competitive incentive bonuses up to $22,000.
